The beginnings of instructional strategies and lesson plans on the World Wide Web that would impact future teaching and student achievement without their use yet. An intermediate stage between making the tools to teach via the Web without having used them yet.

The creationg and posting of instructional strategies to the World Wide Web and their use in the classroom.
